Several diverse and eclectic neighborhoods throughout Cleveland meet the needs of young professionals and those raising families. Homes are 20% less than the national average. With the top three schools in the state right in the Greater Cleveland Area and access to top-tier universities, Cleveland is an excellent choice for many.
Cleveland is home to the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Playhouse Square, and the newly revived Flats along the waterfront. There is no shortage of great dining, whether you are looking for a chef-owned restaurant, farm-to-table, or a tapa at one of the many local breweries, there is something for every palate. The Warehouse District, East Fourth Street Entertainment District, and the Flats offer vibrant nightlife scenes with numerous nightclubs, bars, and music venues. For sports enthusiasts, there are professional teams, such as the Browns (football), Indians (baseball), and Cavaliers (basketball), to cheer for.
