The Sebastian - Vail Zuma is coming to Vail, bringing our world-renowned contemporary Japanese dining experience to the heart of the mountains. We're now hiring passionate, energetic hospitality professionals to join our opening team and we'd love to meet you at our Open Call.

Join us on Monday 15th September to learn more about our latest opening, explore opportunities across all roles, and meet the Zuma team in person.

All positions available: Front of House (Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Barbacks), Sommeliers, Sushi Chefs, Line Cooks, Pastry Cooks, Stewards/Porters, Supervisors, and Managers.

How it works: • Interview slots available throughout the day (10am-6pm) • Confirm attendance to secure your slot; an invite will be sent with details • Walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to confirmed attendees, so to avoid any delays, please confirm a time slot where possible
