HelloFresh is looking for a Manager to join our Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team to help us deliver great customer experiences across our multiple marketing channels and brands’ Refer-A-Friend programs. As a member of the CRM referrals team, you will be in an integral position that combines our marketing strategies with data and technology, to ensure our campaigns get to customers and their referred friends flawlessly and efficiently. Candidates must have a passion for execution, CRM marketing (with email & mobile being the main components) and be able to independently solve problems, develop multiple cross-functional relationships, and adapt to the needs of the business and product, while working towards set goals. Attention to detail, quality of work and ability to understand & work within complex technical systems are all keys to success.
You will…
- Build, manage, report on & troubleshoot a collection of complex and cross-channel automated journeys responsible for driving the bulk of our referral program
- Analyze performance, strategize opportunities and execute email and cross-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, primarily focusing on new ways to get customers to refer friends, as well as getting those friends to convert into new customers.
- Own day-to-day QA and technical troubleshooting in our marketing tools for email, app and other channels as well as their associated payloads.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (Analytics, Product, Data Science, Engineering) to scope new opportunities around automation & personalization, gather data requirements, and validate data.
- Conduct multivariate testing (content, segmentation, subject lines) to continually improve marketing effectiveness and that allow HelloFresh to identify best marketing practices within each customer segment.
- Analyze and present findings from campaigns and testing to drive improved performance and streamline processes.
- Partner with analytics teams to identify the key drivers of engagement and identify actionable insights from customer data to continually improve CRM and personalization efforts at every touchpoint.
- Work with brand and creative teams to ensure campaign assets planned, briefed, and completed on time, supporting increasingly personalized marketing campaigns.

- A referral / RAF guru. You know – and love – figuring out how to get customers to refer their friends in new, exciting and engagement-driving ways.
- Detail and process-oriented. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Skilled in basic SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excited about marketing automation, product enhancement and improving customer communications through CRM tools.
- Hands on, willing to jump in and help where needed in terms of team initiatives
- Strategic and analytical thinker who is comfortable thinking in terms of short and long-term goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with relevant teams and people at all levels

Requirements
You have...
- Bachelor’s degree – in the field of business or marketing ideally
- At least 5+ years of Marketing experience (familiarity with refer-a-friend program is a HUGE plus - be sure to tell us if that’s the case!)
- Experience with A/B testing, analyzing data and creating insights that translate into business strategy.
- Experience working with product teams in support of cross-functional initiatives spanning from app/website to CRM campaign(s).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building customer journeys and automations is key.
- Working knowledge of HTML, ampscript, Basic SQL and other email marketing tools are integral to success
